Im thinking its for tq binaries where you can edit the cordinates for npcs , translate and all. It was released some time ago..or the other one for LOTF which is in the all in one guides.

yeah it was for the binaries it like let you up your prof and move npc around :P i jsut cant find it anywhere downloaded it a while ago but i wiped my pc :(Quote:
