there is not really a way to tell the only players ... as for a on line/ off line you could just use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] thats the most simplest way to do it

Oh, I understand completely what you want. You want people to do the work for you, so you don't have to learn nor try anything. Use google. learn to code in PHP then make your own.
