Account stealing bug?

Hey!
I read that there is a bug that someone can steal your account and it can be used for scamming in selling accounts. Someone sells the account and get it back by the bug. I don't want to know how it works but is it already fixed?

I'm asking because I am already about to buy an account.

No one will post that bug.
Find it by urself.

There aren't any bugs to stealing account.
If you buy a account they can take it back with their prim mail.

If the seller have the regi email, then he can get the acc back anytime.
Even if you get the acc back by sending a ticket,if the seller get bored of stolling the acc from you, he can perma ban the acc. So no1 use that acc.
Trust me, it happened to me 2weeks ago D:

The only way to steal accounts is to hack the database i believe

so no bugs
