[vSRO]Request server certification

GlobalManager works fine, but the other ones just get stuck at request server certification and thats it.

I looked around and didn't find any fixes. If anyone can link me to anything or help me would appreciate it.

check ports.

I set the ports like the guy who made the certificate server told me to.
