hey all i been working with the 5165 source (fixed source) cant remeber who released it but anyways i was wondering how would you edit the ingame characters.
Lets say i wanted to make someone a pm or gm how can i go about doing this without typing /newacc name pass [PM] in the console i noticed in the users folder in oldcodb that there is usr files and in the characters folder there are chr files im guessing it would be that but its all encrypted or whatever all i understand from it is the username iv tried google for answers and still not luck

i have a source on my computer if i remeber right its called ProjectX and its a pvp server when a user registers there and logs in there is a ini file that shows up with all there details in it for easy editing but i cant seem to figure out how to do that in the source iam using
