question about a build im trying

So,im trying something different.im a full int spear nuker,but i dont wanna fully skill the heuksal skill,will this affect my attack power?probably not with nukes i would assume?

what i meant was,if i didnt level heuksal to 120,will i get lower attack damage?or does heuksal work with physical only

Well , physical skills should be max as your level . otherwise if your server's db side has the skills of 120 in level 110 or so , some servers have done it . max level 120 , max skills 120 @ 110 . then you can pimp mastery.
The most badass build in spear is max level fitted in your level. Not modified one like zszc players were doing , spear 105 , cold 102 , fire 105 , light 48.

Spear nuker is good because of heuksal skills and passive HP. If you are planning to do PVE char, your idea is quite ok. If you want to pvp, well, you should forget it. :D

Actually, everything is worth a try, since he's not mainly planning on doing this on official international silkroad servers, and since they are private servers which he will be demonstrating it on, I believe any build will work, there once was a wizard/warrior on one of my previously developed servers that was recking everyone, I was told multiple times weather he was receiving extra strength or intellect from administrators, but indeed he wasn't. Everything can be completed and put to a test on private servers, but in my opinion, I would rather have you test it on a higher cap server, such as 120-140, to test and then bring the server cap lower, and test on 80-110 caps. If the higher caps work, then most likely the lower caps will follow. If you want a random testing server you'd like to test your skills on, I can turn on my test server for you, and you can begin your evaluations on different types of builds.
