Console?

Hello EPvP. Sorry for this i know im ''asking something'' questions are not allowed but its something i need too mutch. I heard from a guy there are some programs named ''Consles'' that can make gm account on a server. I mean make you gm and type /shutdown or destroy the server etc. Can somebody talk me what exactly are those programs and if you know what i mean how to find one?

I think only the silliest P-server Admins have this tool not fixed :D
Its exist and it works but not on many Server. The server must run on the 2007 Metin2 DE filse and nobody hoist a Mt2 server on this shit filse :D

And only Badguys destroy Server from other peopel ;)
