Legend IV Issues.

Hello experts,

I am experiencing some problems installing Legend IV client of iSRO, it keeps popping some window saying that this client can be used after the legend IV update, which I'm sure has been updated almost 2 months ago(a month and 21 days). I have done what most people had to say about fixing this issue. Yes, I uninstalled/deleted left over files from the Legend III folder.

Note: I haven't played iSRO since Legend III update, does it have any effects?
Edit: Also, I've redownloaded from many sites, including their own Peer to Peer downloader

On thread : open Regedit by run > regedit > hkey local machine > software > joymax > silkroad and on the right screen delete all registry date
