Paypal Question

for all those more expirienced in pp than me

so a guy buying my exc feth send a instant payment to me in the amount of 105€
after transaction fees thats 100.55€

he told me he couldnt send it as a gift cos its impossimble in germany...?

so this money is now in my pending balance do i really need to wait 30 days for it to come into my available balance or is it the same procedure as with sending money as a gift.

ppl send it i receive it in pending after few hours they confirm it and i get it in my available balance?

and 1 more question...
If i refund him the 105€ will i loose 4.45€ of my own money?

it should be fine cos last payment i received was instant also
and u get a confirmation button they buyer i mean sender of money after few hours and u confirm it and a seller gets it in available balance straight away...

in some countries gift option is not possible or allowed only with trades same country

By me in austria cant send too as gift but when he send you he can purchase the trade right now, so he cant call his money back

money can become available in 5 mins after sending, sender just need to confirm on sent shippment link

You do not need to wait.... If he transfers Euro either from credit card or bank account it does it instantly... When you withdraw u need to wait! Scumbag paypal!
So i do not know why it is pending but you should search for it in Paypal FAQ
