European characters only support 2 masteries maxed. That means only Cleric or Bard can be your full subclass.

Or (I've seen some people do this), you can Just get Cleric 40-50 lvls for Recovery Division and Bless Spell (which at lvl 50 will both be fairly decent) and get Bard to the same lvl for Noise (lvl 20 - 60) and Moving March (70% Speed Increase-ish).

So you can have Wizard (100), Cleric (50), Bard (50). Or you can play with those numbers around even more. :)
