Char problem

hey guys when im creating a new char in vsro server files i have this problem :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i cant run or make stall (nothing ) can some one help me?

Looks like packet problem for me, but I'm really not in this stuff. But happened to me before, if there were packet loss, interference, etc.

you mean by database?
