Char problem

hey guys when im creating a new char in vsro server files i have this problem :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i cant run or make stall (nothing ) can some one help me?

That's media.pk2 or sro_client.exe
Media is in english and sro_client.exe is not or opposite.Search for sro_client.exe english patched and/or use AdressFinder
