Is Diana viable after the bufF?

I would like to ask you about the Diana buff, because as I saw he did not really got a "big buff", because as far as i know he had a dmg reduce in the nerf.
What do you think?

She was viable before. She feels okay to play again her W is not that strange anymore. Aside from that shes fine. Just not worth the FP/FB anymore.

Before the buff he had -14% win rate what means something:) Imo she was not playable, he had one of the lowest win rate

Before everyone started playing kha zix, he also had a pretty bad win ratio. win ratios doesent mean that much imo.
