Searching for Dev/GM for my server.

I made a server, its online, now all I need to do is connect to it. What is the problem? Something to do with the engine.exe?

Anyone who knows how to create servers and can help me with my problem, you're welcome to accompany me on my server.

Are you joking?

The problem is having all the e.pk, engine.exe, and config.pk passwords to line up. The e.pk is crypted and i need an unpacked e.pk because I don't have the tools to build one.
