Yes, you can sell 10,- Skrill for 10,- Paysafecard at the Trading Sektion.
Without the e*Gold Trader or Premium Badge you doesn't sell e*Gold for real Money.

You can not buy a Paysafecard, if you're not e * gold dealer. Only if you have a premium account you may also that.

You are allowed to buy a PSC with Skrill, like IGameMenz already said.
Only if you want to trade e*gold into real money you need a premium account or you have to be a elite gold trader like me.
