u can change som ini value to see admin prayer stone. it's easy. but ofc the stat is fake.
for the "GM suit", it the same, u can modify the ini, but u r not a GM... u just look like (and other ppl see u like before ini modification)

Have you ever checked the GM with ALInfoTool? Actually GM character is exactly Lv110.

It don't have to be ini modification, it can be some photoshop work as well.
