offer my pc to make a private server, I'm new to this but want to learn, I hope someone's help.

4Gb Ram
Win 7 32-bit
200GB of free space for the server, and if needed could be more

If you want to host a server you need so much more than that, mainly ram a lot of it like 32-64GBs.

Don't forget you need faster upload speed! 0.27 mb is pretty worthless!
