-1400+ elo (fresh ranked is also ok)
-Decent amount of champs (50-60+)
-Must have Elise
-NA server
I'm not too concerned with skins, rp/ip, or refunds, so I'm not looking to spend a lot of extra money because of these. I realize I'm not very trustworthy, so I am willing to go first with someone with a few +1's, or we could do 50/50, w/e works.
