Iphone 4 vs 4S .. big difference or not ?!

My cousin, sended me some € to buy him a phone, he is in other country and, It's more expensive at him and I have to buy it... and send it trough courier... This doesn't matter, I want to know, what's the big deal about 4 and 4S? It's better to buy him a almost new 4 or ... a used 4S ?

If you could please tell me the differences... I would be very thankful :).

+ iOs 5 with cloud
+ good case
+ hd display
+ cool look^^
- not the best accumulator
- expensive
- cant change the accumulator

iphone 4

+ hd retina display
+ long stamina
+ cool look
+ good perfomance
- cant change the accumulator
- the speaker is bad

i dont got a smartphone, but i could take one i would take the iphone 4 cuz its cheap and good but not good as the 4s^^

There is a big difference on price. I'm buying a iPhone 4 too... today or tommorow.

The iPhone 4s has:
- a better camera as the iPhone 4 (3 MP more with better colours)
- a better cellular antenna(s) as ...
- a better/newer Bluetooth technology as ...
- 10 mAh more battery capacity as ...
- 3 g less weight as ...
- a dual-core processor with a integrated gpu for games (which takes also more power)
- Siri

I bought the 4s and i could say from my old iphone 4, that it is very slow in look to my 4s :) buy the new one ore the 4s ;)
