if you have concrete informations about your project. Like a PSD or roadmap. Post them here. This way, you may increase the chance of people joining your project.

If you don't have this, you should take care of that first. Building a website "from scratch" like the one you showed us here takes up to six week if you "only copy" and don't do any quality assurance. Also post what you offer (€-wise or other services) since no one does a professional webpage for free. If he does, he may be a trainee and i doubt you will get your webpage in a finite amount of time then.

Also you may want to fix you english using dict.cc or another dictionary.

how much you pay and do you only need the design or also the script?

I need someone I designed this product so as this would pay very good

Hey, i think the most of us need some numbers ;) Remeber that by law you can't just copy a design, you need the licence/reference of the creator! Otherwise you will be in trouble :/
