how to media.pk2

how to media.pk2 or data.pk2 from other media or other data and so on?
and if i did this and replace the .pk2 files with the original files the will work or not?

i play private server with files like follow :
media.ult
data.ult
music.ult
particles.ult
maps.ult

i want to extract all these files and make it .pk2 as normal games
i have the pk2 extractor and editor for these files and i dont what i should do
so i need some help
