Do it with the old good way. Shaiya Studio doesn't do well with .svmap files.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] u can take a look here there is shown how it goes but one question why u dont just use a working svmap? there are plenty working ones around even the OS client got the 74/70er svmap working in the data.sah ö_ö
it could even be that ur 70er map is the problem itself since old svmaps for 74 wasnt supposed to have a working portal.

shaiyaeu, if you still don't know how to open the .svmap files in .csv then continue reading my post.
Let's assume that you installed Python in C:\ by default, so you have C:\Python27.
Copy all the files and folders from ZeroSignal's Shaiya Data Edit main folder and paste them in C:\Python27.
Let's assume your .svmap is 0.svmap.
Put your 0.svmap in C:\Python27\Input\Map, open command prompt and go to the folder's location by typing CD "C:\Python27". After that you only need to type Map_csv 0 .
Now, in the Output folder you will find another folder named 0, inside which you will find 7 files, 6 of them being .csv files. There are more programs that you can open .csv files with, personally I'm using Microsoft Excel and I never had a problem with it.
When you're done editing you go back to command prompt and type Map_svmap 0 and in Output\Map you will find a new file named 0.svmap.
