it mean that you cannot carry points left over in socket one after it is made. it can't be carry over to the second socket. why? well because people were buying the +8 2 handed weapons for really cheap and making 2 sockets with just one. they caught on and found out that if they continue to let let happened. they would not make enough money to feed their family. so they decided to patch and robbed the people all over again. there you go that is the story to the wonderful conquer patch 5120.. TQ you son of a bitches.. i was really excited when i found out i could make a super 2 sockets fan and tower for 20 dbs under each. you just got to go and ruin the fun.
