hi, i sold one guildwars account to one guy, in guildwars trade section and i have 0/0/0, anyone knows why i have 0 in tradeblackmarket? i dont understand the system

He has to rate you.

I usually solve it like this: If someone is not rating me within 24 hours, i give him a negative rate. Usually they rate you soon then. Just write as the rate something like ,,negative, until you rate me"

Choosing this way is not allowed as far as I know. It's not obligate to give a rating.

You should see [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] for more information regarding the TBM rating system. If the buyer did not request a trade which you accepted, you won't be able to give ratings to one another.
