Hello.

When I try to purchase 3,500 SB with the Polish method, I can purchase.

When I try to purchase 8,000 SB with the Polish method, I get asked to add a credit card to my account, to verify it.

Is it normal?

First of all, I have never asked if being verified means to add a credit card. I stated it so all of you could know what verified means and all of you to understand that I know what I talk about.

No, I am not from Poland so I used a proxy like anyone else.

It works only if I try to buy 3,500 SB. If I try to buy 8,000 SB PayPal will ask me to verify my account.

When I bought 8,000 SB with my normal IP, for 20 Euro, I have not been asked to verify.

maybe because your paypal balance is not enough with that purchase amount so paypal will ask you to add some other balance source and it will be a credit card, what software you using to change you ip

Sorry, in the earlier post I meant to sat 16 Euro, not 20.

No, I have 43 LZ or however is the currency called. 40 is enough for 8,000 SB.

Anyway thanks.

For PayPal if on an account you don't have a Credit/Debit Card or Bank account the system puts in a Sending Limit; so if the system has measured that your sending limit is lower than what you want to pay, it will ask you for a Credit Card to be added, so that it can measure a new Sending limit (I worked for PayPal for over a year, that's why I know this)
