Instruction:
-Make sure there is els_KOM.exe and any .kom files you want to extract was at the same directory. (Image above)
-Run els_KOM.exe
-Drag in .kom file into the windows to extract the files. It'll create a file folder for you.
-Drag in folder instead if you want to repack into .kom

Note: Do not do anything when it's under 忙碌 (working in progress) status.

Thanks, but what about decrypting lua files?
There's a decrypter I found here, but the result is a LuaQ encrypted file like GCKR and GCNA.

So, there's still nothing better at the moment. Well, writing a decrypter/decompiler (still not sure) must be hard as hell.
You can also try [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. It works better with some files than luadec.

Btw, luadec stops working when I try to decrypt certain files. Do you know if there is any way of solving this?

what can extracting the kom is going to do for us? can you give examples

it works on anything thats not blocked by checkkom.xml
script related files have new encryptions and youre not cracking them with this anymore
