Okay, i import the skilleffect.txt in the wrong folder, that was the problem why it dont work 100%.

Now i want to show u my final result

I have never tried but a possibility may be replacing ice rain nuke's .efp with meteor's one. Then you will have as a result the meteor rain (I think).
That is what is done at the video, if you check at the end of the skill at thunder's rain, you will see ice rain's effect when it hits the floor.
