Yes, infact this is very simple. Go to weapons.ini that is located in your ini folder.

Find the weapon you want to edit (They are located by ID's) Then find the weapon you want to turn it in to. Then Copy and paste the one you want to turn it in to onto the original one. Example:

Making a 125 Blade into a 130 Blade.
1. Ctrl + F the ID's in weapon.ini (burning blade is 410289 and buriedblade is 410333)
2. Go to the buried blade and copy all the info it has
3. Go back to 410289 (burning blade) and paste the info over it

4. Now go to 3DEffect.ini and search for 410333. Copy all that then find 410289, then paste the info over.

You are done with it now, but only if you want it to be simple.

Advanced:
After you did all of the above find where the 130 blade .dds file is (use photoshop with dds viewer to find out) (it happens to be 410339 located in Conquer\c3\effect\blade\410339)

Now go to Conquer\ini and find 3dtexture.ini, then search for the .dds ID's (410289 and 410339) and replace the 410289 section with the 410339 section

Advanced settings will make it look EXACTLY alike the other item so I don't recommend it!
================================================== ==================
How to use COItems.txt? Just press Ctrl + F and type in the item name you want the ID for (no spaces). Then you will see the name repeated 7 times. Here is what it means
ID 1 = Normal
ID 2 = Normal
ID 3 = Normal
ID 4 = Refined
ID 5 = Unique
ID 6 = Elite
ID 7 = Super

Pick whichever one you want and use that ID for the editing, but only a few IDs are the same ID for .dds file!

A guide to make the Glowing color and/or Trace file (Glow that follows weapon when you move):

1. Get Photoshop (Any version & dds viewer + thumbnail viewer)
2. Find the .dds file you want to edit (Located in Conquer\c3\texture or Conquer\c3\effect)
3. Most Weapons aren't there so find some on these forums or make some of your own!!
4. Most Armors are in texture!!

5a. Okay so once you find your weapon/armor use the magic wand tool and click on a part (this is mainly for armors right now) then press Ctrl + U and choose the color.

5b. For weapons (like I said find some weapon edits so you can edit them) you can edit the main weapon, glow, effect, and trace effect.

For editing the Main weapon/shape use the pencil/brush to add some to it, to take away use eraser (match the eraser color with background)

For glow find the .dds file in Conquer\c3\effect (most 130 weps are in blade folder)
Open the one you want, for example the Yellow bolt that goes through 130 blade.
Now press Ctrl + U to change color. I chose blue so it turned out like:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...][Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Now you have that going through your weapon :).

For effect (Trace effect) you have to edit the last .dds file (usually) in that weapons folder.
Use the Magic Wand tool for this! Example:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] To: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

That is also part of the glow. The other part is in the .c3 (3D effect) files. If I put something up that is false then tell me b/c it is 3 AM here!
