When I reach level Combi's level 10 because the last time for level 1 and when up to level 6 I'm trying to get gloves I can not get it because it is so far is this lock

if you have one lvlup , you get 1 combi level
if you have two lvlup , you get also 1 combi level

the clothes are mean you can only be achieved with combination points.
Create combis with other players and get points for combi

Your combi lvl is just lvl4.
You need lv6 to buy the gloves.

You have 7 from 10 Master EXP to reach Master Apprenticeship Level 5. You need 3 more Combi EXP
When you reach Level 5, you will need 10 more Levelups with your combi account to get to Level 6.
THEN you can buy the shoes
