tera+CE on p-server?

hi i wanted to ask is it posible touse ce on tera p-server? i tryed to conect it and can use it but i cant change any value like atk spd/spd/dmg/hp/def or anything else only numbers in panels changes but no efect anyone can help?
btv im a bit noob in ce yet :S

no.. you cant change values with ce
they are stored on server side.. not client...
you can only read them with CE
