please help i now wrong Sector :(

I have lost my Navicat password for Daroo files 8.2
In fact did not lose it
i didn't now it
and its not daroo123 neither daroo
so how can i get it
more info
the server is working but i dont have the navicat password



please help :)

1. /usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server stop
2. mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables

3. mysql --user=root mysql
4. update user set Password=PASSWORD('HERE-NEW-PASSWORD') where user='root';
5. flush privileges;
6. exit;
7. /usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server restart
