Making an itemtype yourself <-- programmers enter please

Hello guys, i was wondering if someone can give me instructions on how to make my own itemtype.dat edit so i can view the quality of items in the ground? I'm not planning on leeching, so please dont suggest me to download anything.. I'm planning to make it myself with a set of instructions if anyone here is kind enough to teach i would be very thankful.

Well I suggest to use search I think theres been posted about atleast 4-5 Itemtype decryptors.

Eitherway I used the search button for you:

So next time try the search button it really helps.
