IP in game.exe

can somebody please put this ip >>25.134.112.23 into this game.exe for some reason my hxd is not finding the ip please and thankyou

yes for my server i need to channge the ip in there that is the game.exe for the US version just downloaded the US setup

search for 174.142.118.102 and replace whit your IP
