Ur IP's blocked, try using Hotspot Shield to access GCUSA, Google it...

Anyways at Thread Starter the tutorials for GCPH works for GCUSA, I myself play GCUSA, just make sure you use Windows XP and use the latest engine, PCHack Engine.
