Take a look at TGLOBAL_ESP > dbo > TCASHSHOPITEMCHART
But! Not tested yet.

I changed bCanSell from 0 to 1, and the item was in the Cash Shop, but when I wanted to buy it, it didn't come to the storage (I mean PvP weapons)

Try it with some else Item, please a normal Item(No Weapon,Armor).
Just that we can see what is not working.

All Jackpot Boxes, PvP Weapons, PvP Armor, Santa's Costume, Cloaks (apart from ChaCha) don't arrive to the storage and can not be put out to the inventory. (However I think you can get them using the Happy Tool)
