Do you try a proxy ? or if you want try anonymox for mozila .Anonymox have some free countrys but for the rest you have to pay.

Just search up "Polish Proxies" and you usually find a good list of them. Sometimes it might take a while to find a fast and good one. Or you can just wait a while.
Depending on your browser, it might have a different "way" to change it, but they're all the same more or less.
If you're on Chrome, type this "chrome://chrome/settings/"
Then go to "Change Proxy Settings"
Then go onto LAN Settings.
