DB Connection failed

hi anyone can help me on this problem
i finished every thing on setup SQL and the others file,and i start the game but the problem the server shown as check ,not active server

so anyone can tell me what should i do to solve this

in SMC Blank space -> Right click -> Start all services.Gl.
