Unbind bound items?

I have seen people putting items on the AH that are ment to be bound? how do they do this?

Yes, these items are meant to be bound when you equip them. If you equip such items they´re bounded.

i think there is a item in the item shop which can do this.

Actually! ... i saw the same thing today, My mothers BF was in Cyclops and got Cyclops chain legs and then he put them on AH and pressed "History" and actually some people has SOLD! BOUND ITEMS And now im asking how is that possible ? is it just a rare thing that cyclops chain legs drops "BoE"? or what? and i think xroz is asking the same :) .

there is a item shop item that unbinds a item.

on another note i think it is somehow possible to transfer/combine stats from 2 different items. that would explain why people sell/buy bound items. it seems this possibility is also item shop/diamonds related

I am playing RoM for a long time and i can tell you there WAS a "good" undound a time which could unbind everything. I think this was round april.
Now they sale a new item with the same name which is crappy because it only can unbind
items that where "Soulbound on equip"(?!?) .
So it is pretty much useless, only in some rare cases yu can use it.

If you bought an "bind-on-pickup" earlier (unbound with the old item)
you can still unbind those, because they were "bind-on-equip" once.

If not you can only unbind boe items with the item from the shop
