I think you have wrong files or did something wrong in the installation.

where can i get any good server files with no or a few bugs

I think you do the installation wrong! Can you send me a photo which I can see you installation progess?

Which version is phpmyadmin (mysql)?

looking at the code it seems that the files arent chmod to 777 or that some files are missing

The problem is not the hoster! And I think the files are also correct! Change the rights of the files to 777 and ask at the developer borad on r*a*g*e*z*o*n*e*.*c*o*m!
Do you realy think you are smart enough to make a private server? Please learn first a little bit php!
