[Cap 130/140]Requirements to launch..

Whats the best ideas for a server with 130/140 cap ?

I believe that there's no such thread for this cap and it's ideas.

If you believe in any worth ideas to be added , Go ahead and type it into the thread.

The thread should be open for 2 days then , I will request from mods to close it . It isn't consider it as a spam . Its just ideas sharing and community needed-things.

Also , What do you prefer?
Cap 130 with the latest d15 items..
Cap 140 with unique d16 items..

Why do you have to make something that is already included in silkroad online? There's enough knowledge to make your own stuff.
