Mergaheph ring

Hello, i already got mergaheph ring and now i dropped again sealed mergaheph ring (quest item), but i cant get second mergaheph ring because i dont have another the same quest for this ring, so what should i do with second sealed mergaheph ring(quest item)?

I only can get one mergaheph for character.

You can do NOTHING with the item. Sell to NPC only.
You can not exchange it for another Mergaheph ring, nor can you trade it with other people.

use unbinding stone
