Connection Refused => Root server

Every 10 - 30 minutes, my server crashes and an error on putty appears : Connection refused..
Then i can't connect, until i press : sh start.sh again.. :/
What can i do?
I have 2089 game file and server is hosted on xertonia.. :/
Please help fast, i will lose all the players with that :(:(

it's not about reboot. from the first day( yesterday) that happens.:/ we've made 2-3 reboots and nothing..

someone fast please.. sometimes it crashes without even an error. its like nothing is wrong. :/
