Sniper spawn?

Hi guys,

Since the Foundation Release, I have heard people saying they have found snipers almost everywhere; yet even though I spend a lot of time in the game, exploring everywhere, I haven't been able to find any sniper rifle.

So, any hints for good sniper spawn areas?

I have never saw a sniper too.
There was a thread with sniper locations. I will search it.

I found a Blaser in the Post office from Smallville

this is a thread with (very bad) locations FOR people with snipers, not spawns :D

you can find snipers almost everywhere, for example in supermarkets, police and post offices, in cars and busses and so on. thats only what the wiki says, for real they are only in military stations and tents. go to norad military base and serverhop for several times and you will guranteed get a blazer or m107. but watch out, youre not the only one!

all i can tell you is that i never found a sniper spawned, only from pvping others (got about 8 blazers, 40 blazer clips, 3 vss vintorez, 3 magnum and a bunch of m107 but im afraid of using them)...

Sadly, first I don't PvP in this game, the only way for me to survive is to completely avoid humans. And I have gone everywhere and since foundation release I haven't found any, right now I got my GI full of M16/AA12 and so but snipers seem to be just in the hands of hackers and KOSers

naa ich glaub man findet sniper überall ich hab einen in clearview bei diesem army wagen(rechts ist ein supermarkt) gefunden lag oben drauf

Ive never found a sniper, I wonder why... And trust me, even if I find one, I ll be cheated down 5 minutes later. Thats my secret talent.

by the way, i know you become megabandit if you kill 50 civils, but is there also something positive? because i've never seen something like that.

No just bandits, there are people that just shoot to everything they see, which I find dumb, I just prefer hiding and scavenging all the way, killed a couple bandits as well, but not doing it that much.

Yes, there is the Hero and SuperHero (not totally sure about the exact title for this, the equal to a MegaBandit)

Just found 2 BLASER 93R in Smallville Post Office, 5 minutes ago

My luck should be the worst ever, because Smallville is one of my main scavenging points and all I find there are M16 and AA12
