Problem with New hlapex

When i try to run it it encounter some error and before i install retail windows it worked fine... i try to Download older versions but same thing can anyone help me with this problem what to do? I hope some1 know how to fix problem... Tnx in advance.

I have that same problem (second picture). If someone will help me, us in this problem he will get BIG PLUS for help, I tryed to download lot of versions l2phx, but with all I have that problem...
