Need help with edits =/

Um... yeah i have the rar files of alot of edits but dont know exactly where/how to put them to use. i had a vigor file i put into the effect/ lucky diffuse and absorb folder, but the effect of the vigor was still the same as always... so can someone give me some tips how to do this. Ive seen some stuff about making a folder and extracting the rar to that... then put it in wherever. So thx in advance everyone :)

Or, look around for the current files in your Conquer folder. Really, they shouldn't be hard to find. I'm not sure off the top of my head where they are.
