Please quote where it says in the rules that you have to speak either English or German. I agree that it's more useful to the community if you speak one of those two languages, but other languages are allowed as well.

any language is allowed
it is however, not allowed to spam a thread with another language
it is allowed as well, to ask if he could post in other language so others could help, which im doing it right now, since my language is restricted to spanish and english
