[HELP] Need guide for P.server with vista 64 bit

I have spent a few nights on here searching, and nearly 15 - 18 hours in total trying to find a guide that works for windows vista 64 bit private server, and can not find anything. So, I am asking for help. If anyone can direct me to a guide that "will" work for windows vista 64 bit, on how to make a private server I would be grateful. Thank you.

P.S. I have tried the current vista guides, but apparently they only work for vista 32 bit? Wamp 5.0 nor Xampp seem to want to let me connect to the account server with vista64, which is why I figure they arent compatable, and or I am doing something incorrect and need a guide specifically for vista 64 bit.

Thx!

I have many guides here so far and the closest I have came was with Necron's guide, but I could not get the accountserver up. Wamp 5.0 and Xampp seem to only be for up-to windows 32 bit compatable, but I figured I would give it a shot anyway.

Also, I have CA security center, with all necessary allowances for programs.

yeah xampp wont work with vista...try deleting the UAG(w/e) and then install it again...that's why i am using XP instead of Vista....

And do you use Vista 64Bit? Because thats what the guy asked about.
We all know you can make a Pserver on Vista 32Bit.

Thing is here that some apps like wamp, xamp so on wont work on a 64Bit system.

A 64Bit os is mainly used when u want to have moore ram installed than 4GB, a win 32Bit os cannot adress moore than about 3GB of ram, even if you install 6-8GB ram.

Biggest drawback on a 64Bit os is softwaresupport and driversupport, even if Vista 64Bit is much better on driver support than Windows XP 64Bit was:D
