best eu vps around ?

almost about to host some stuff and need some help to choose vps
around 20-100 usd per month
dedi ?
ram ?
processor ?
bandwidth ?
ddos protection ?
daily backups ?
up time ?
accept unverified payza ?
lemme know your experience your company and how it goes so far

been 4 months learning XD im back bishes

I used iweb personally and had a rather lovely dedicated server for around 100/mo. It was absolutely fantastic for my needs but I could understand going elsewhere.

I'm dumb... I didn't realize you said EU hosts. Iweb is canadian so doesn't fit your needs.

I don`t really use win vps' much, but i`ll tell you what my experiences are, and since you didn`t answer my question i`m going to provide both:

cheap and decent, as long as you don`t need support. their support is crap, but i had few issues with the box that needed their support service.

LINUX:
VPSVILLE -- decent, kinda on the cheap side of a vps on both service and expectations.
BURST.NET -- CRAP! their service is crap, their nodes are crap, and they blame you for causing the node crash when you provide them data proving your traffic and statistics.
LINODE -- this has to be the best linux vps on the market imo. I just can`t find fault in it, just that they don`t accept paypal.

and yup i rent vps at burst.net before (was windows) but was laggy as hell and too slow
