about 5095 how i can manage reflect ?

i have problem at my server
reflect goes more than normal
it goes up at most hits
i want to manage it or
delete reflect from all server
can any one help me?

Option 1: Remove reflect by deleting the skill from everyone on the server and not letting them learn it again.

Option 2: Change the rate by going into your source, searching for the activation rate and lowering it
