i want the time&data patch to add to client binary 5095

1. Worst, most annoying thread name ever.
2. Useless thread - nobody cares about illegal binaries here.
3. You need to know a lot of reverse engineering and basic networking before you do anything relating to editing binaries. Go learn programming instead.

As stated above, sadly in here you won't get support for binaries; therefore the options you have would be to either move to a different source for your server, or look for help in any other place.
